The wait is finally over, as a brand-new season of Truck U premieres on MotorTrendTV this weekend!
Here’s a look at what’s in store for the Season 18 premiere, as well as a peek behind the scenes:
Episode #1801: “Little Off the Back C10”
It’s all about new looks this season, as Bruno and Matt give a C-10 a new, slimmer look by trimming the fat, with the help of brands like Brothers Trucks and Herculiner.
But this truck isn’t the only thing getting a makeover – the guys also work with MouseBlocker to put some final touches on their newly renovated shop.
“Styles come and go, and in the case of the Truck U shop after 17 seasons, the style had gone,” says producer Mike Alexander. “We took a minimalist approach and focused on clean colors and an interesting wall design. We added tools and storage to the set, with room to grow for more as needed. The shop now has a look that is perfect for today’s design, and we love the way it comes across on camera. The new shop has reenergized the hosts, and they are excited as ever to keep putting out great TV.”
Also in this episode, Bruno checks out some of the sights and sounds out at the 2021 SEMA Show, including a look at what’s new from Baxter Performance, AlloyGator USA, and Truck Hero, Inc.
Plus we’ll get some helpful tips and info from Dustless Blasting, zMAX Micro-lubricant, Custom Autosound, and Woodward Fab.
