This isn’t your typical Zoom meeting. If you’re one of our brand partners, you no longer have to book a flight to be on-set for your episode shoot at the Brenton Productions studios – now, all you need is your computer or mobile device!

What happens during a virtual set visit to Brenton Productions?

Tips For Your Virtual Visit

Be flexible

Unlike most Zoom calls you’re probably used to by now, this isn’t a meeting; it’s your opportunity to join an ongoing production shoot live and in progress! While this means we may not be able to fully accommodate your schedule, we do everything we can to make sure that you can see your segment being filmed if you so desire.

Keep an eye on your inbox

Our production team will send you an email with the Zoom link and a window of time during which we anticipate recording your feature. As changes occur, you’ll continue to get emails updating you on what time you should expect to join the shoot.  So keep an eye on your inbox just in case we begin to run ahead or behind schedule.

Don’t be shy!

Just like an in-person set visit, the reason we invite our brand partners to participate in a virtual set visit is to help you feel comfortable with how we’re representing your brand and allow opportunities to collaborate. If something doesn’t look or sound quite right, or if you have expert tips about your product to share with the hosts and production team, don’t be afraid to speak up, ask questions, and make suggestions!

Here’s a deeper dive on why it’s smart to participate in the production process.
